Returns and Exchanges
- We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.
- If you receive a defective item, please contact us at thetumblerhive.com within 14 days of delivery with details of the product and the defect.
- You must include photos or videos of the defect, along with a photo of your packing slip.
- We will issue store credit or replacement of item
